I was in Wedowee on business a couple of years ago and this is the only game in town. It was nasty. I brought blankets and pillows in from my car and slept in my clothes. The worst motel room I've ever been in. I need to return to Wedowee for another overnight stay, but I need something more sanitary than this place. I like the little town.
Couldnt give it 0 or i would. Came here fleeing the hurricane in florida and made a reservation, called the next day to confirm and they told us they might have to give our room away cause people are offering more money, thats very illegal. We ended up rushing here to get a room which was a mistake. They over charged us.. The room smelled disgusting, there was gunk down the walls. A pile of mystery liquid (white sticky stuff) on the bed, cigarette butts in the toilet. We went down to get towels and they gave us wet towels, one had blood stains. We actually went and bought sheets cause theirs were too gross. I am not one to complain about crappy motels but this was just another level.. It was totally disgusting and we are feeling very taken advantage of...
Well its AMAZING
Room was musty smelling when we walked in, so we turned on the air and left for four hours. Came back and it smelled worse. Stains on the bedspread. Rusty light fixtures. Dirty baseboards. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere in Anniston. Gets one star only because it won't let me post without it.
